I successfully completed my AO Fellowship on May 31st. This fellowship at SNUDH under Prof. Joo-Young Park was enlightening for me in many ways. I learnt a new osteotomy technique using model surgery. The discussions with professor this week was focused on patient selection for minimally invasive/ invasive management of different TMD. I was allowed to observe several surgeries performed by other professors and gain insightful tips. Overall, the duration of my fellowship was productive from an academic and skill improvement perspective. I would finally also like to thank Prof. Takahiro Kanno and the AO team for this opportunity.
